Does it matter that less than 25% of Parliament and fewer than 15% of CEOs of statutory bodies are women? That only 20% of employers are women? That countries like Malaysia and Australia have a Women's Ministry or a Women's Development Unit while Singapore has a Women's Desk with two staff members under the Family Development Unit of the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports?
