Liz, a clueless intern, is as gifted as they come, but struggles to fight against the expectations of those around her.

Carrie, a simple office girl, is cornered into giving up her dreams by what she perceives to be her obligations as a woman.

Sam is a go-getting lawyer who, in her quest to break through the proverbial glass ceiling that the corporate woman is said to face, does so at the expense of her personal relationships.

At the crossroads of their lives, they each come across a guiding light, albeit in the most unlikely form. Their paths cross when they face the challenge of working together, and they discover in each other what was missing in their lives. This is the story of the everyday woman facing the various choices she encounters at different stages of her life: family, relationships, ambition and dreams, all intertwined in this highly entertaining, yet thought-provoking musical.
